Born May 13, 1943 in the Westerwald region
Graduated from university (Cologne, Würzburg, Padua) to work as a grammar school and comprehensive school teacher
Being a member of the 1968 generation, I’ve been actively involved in local politics up to this day (reelected in May 2014; group leader of local party branch) and have done some journalistic work.
Co-founded a cultural association called “brake.kulturell” and acted as a chairman since it was established in June 2006.
Self-taught composer
Some of my works have been performed by well-known artists and groups including Wolfram Christ, members of the Bielefeld Philharmonic Orchestra (on timpani, piano, clarinet), and the Detmold-based Antares Sextet and Ensemble Horizonte.
