I performed the piano composition based on the rhythmic theme as represented in this way:
"... _ ... _ .." This is constantly repeated (ostinato) in the low voice while the upper voice makes chords a setback during the first part of the work. The rhythm of these chords and their articulation, are also a rhythmic variation given theme. The procedure used is what gives the work its title: Elision, suppression or elimination of notes of that first reason, as more spaces are left will slowly silences melodic motif by introducing another major thirds which expands the first notes initial short, giving an introduction to the second part; creole waltz.
The play ends with the varied repetition of the opening theme, this time in a canon 2 voices, outdated in a time of black and with the presence of a setback chords and melody by another of the first part.
