Ottmar Yépez

He studied at the IUTIRLA-Barquisimeto 1998.
He began his journey into music at the Liceo "Lisandro Alvarado" Estudiantina from 1986 to 1988, as Cuatrista. Subsequently, he became a member of the Coral,"Cross Red Venezualan - Section Lara", where he remained for 12 years and served as a back-up singer, accompanying instrumentalist, head partner and deputy director. He also participated in the "Prof. Adelmo Ceballos" Quibor and the Coral Reef ORE-Lara.
He studied music at the La Cátedra de Educación de Adult De La Fundación Conservatorio "Vicente Emilio Sojo"[the Adult Education Department of the Foundation Conservatory "Vicente Emilio Sojo"], where he graduated in May 2009. He was a student of the 1st course of the Musician Police, graduating in March 2005 and achieving 1st place in his class.
From there he appeared as a clarinettist in the military band "Prof. Salvador Nieves" del Cuerpo de Policía del Estado Lara "[Prof. Salvador Nieves Lara State Police]. Since then he has remained a member of this group. He is currently completing his 5th semester for a Bachelor's degree in Music/Composition at the University Centre,"Lisandro Alvarado".
