Lukas Neudinger
Born on 06/08/1980 in Eisenstadt, currently residing in Vienna. Solo viola in the ''Orchestra of the United Stages'' (Orchester der Vereinigten Bühne) in Vienna. General substitute for the Vienna Symphony Orchestra with performances in the ''Great Musik Association Hall'' (Großer Musikvereinsaal) or at the ''Bregenz Festival'' among others. Additionally, substitute for the ''ORF Radio Symphony Orchestra Vienna'' and the ''Tonkünstlerorchester Niederösterreich'' in Austria.
Studied composition (C. Minkowitsch), viola (H. Müller) and IGP violin (M. Kuhn) at the ''Vienna Conservatory of Music''.
Winner of the ''Burgenland State Youth Culture Prize'' in 2003 and the ''Jenö Takács Composition Competition## held for the first time in 2005, in 2006 and 2007 recognized with a prize each year; composition commissions by KIBu (composers and interpreters in Burgenland) and ''Conservatory Vienna Private University'' (Konservatorium Wien Privatuniversität).
Numerous works of various genres, premiered by renowned ensembles such as the former Haydn Trio Eisenstadt or the ''Vienna Clarinet Connection'' at home and abroad (e.g. Shanghai Conservatory, CN).
Composition promotion 2013 by the Federal Ministry of Art and Culture, world premiere of the composition "Not to see the Sun" for large orchestra on 04/28/2013 by the University Orchestra Oberschützen under the direction of Martin Kerschbaumer, follow-up concert on 04/29/2013 in Fürstenfeld.
Successful participation in the ''Vienna Concert Association Composition Competition'' (Wiener Concert-Verein Compositions-Wettbewerb) with premiere of the orchestral work "Wenn Seraphim fallen"on 01/31/2017 in the ''Brahms Hall'' (Brahmssaal) of the ''Vienna Music Association'' (Wiener Musikverein).
