Notes regarding the selection of verses:

The song arranged here has at least four known versions with partly differing lyrics. Some of the other verses have been omitted since their subject matter was hardly appropriate for this occasion.
The following verses have been selected for my arrangement:
Verse 1: Verse 1 from the currently most popular version.
Verse 2: Verse 2 from the currently most popular version.
Verse 3: Verse 3 from the version from 1856/1865
Verse 4: Verse 3 from the 1800 version
